The service myPocketBiz Sales is based on the successful Sales Force Automation solution, PocketBiz Sales, which has been developed and implemented by SiEBEN since 2001 and already has hundreds of successful implementation in a wide range of enterprises.

The service myPocketBiz Sales is a mobile order taking and merchandising service with subscription, which supports firms with salesmen on the field and want to control fully the spectrum of sales process. The target is not only the salesmen support, but mostly the best customer service. 

The service myPocketBiz Sales is addressed to companies that wish to organize their sales force and to use tools that will support them only when and for as much as they need them. By using PDAs, the salesmen can have access to all the needed information necessary to carry out their work. The communication is interactive allowing the information stored in the ERP system of the company be available to the salesman any time via GPRS/3G, while any changes and additions from the salesman is transferred in the same way – via GPRS/3G – to the ERP of the company for its update. 

The service can be hosted (hosted service) at SiEBEN premises, or the necessary systems to be implemented at the Customer’s premises (on premise service).
